Not vit C: No evidence for benefit from any vitamin, herb , or mineral. No benefit from bed rest. No benefit from forcing fluids. Certain products can be soothing or open breathing. Homeopathy is a complete waste of money. Prescription meds of very limited use. Get a Flu shot. Live a normal life and don't worry about it. These viruses are a part of life.
