Contagious: Get a health department inspection and immunize your staff against influenza, Careful hand washing, antibacterial soap/gel and an educational program for stff to prevent contagious illness.

Frequent colds: Very dry environment from excess air conditioning in summer and dry heat in the winter lowers one's resistance to viral infections. Add humidification if needed. Frequent static electricity is a sign of excessive dryness. Take Vit C to help your resistance.
