When i can tell that the % of lymphocytes counts are too high? thanks

CBC: Complete blood counts are accompanied by an assessment of the % of each type of white blood cells. This has very little meaning as a single value without a full clinical picture and knowledge of the patient and of diseases.

Absolute neutrophils and lymphocytes both within reference range, but percentage of neutrophils high (76.8%) and percentage of lymphocytes low (16.8%). No infection as far as I can tell. Cause for concern?
