Absolute neutrophils and lymphocytes both within reference range, but percentage of neutrophils high (76.8%) and percentage of lymphocytes low (16.8%). no infection as far as i can tell. cause for concern?

No concern at all. The absolute numbers are what's important, not the percentages.
