No drug: Sometimes, abnormal CBC differential can be a variation. If CBC differential is truely abnormal, we need to find out what the underlying causes are. Is it due to infection, inflammation or other blood conditions? Once we know the causes, we can treat them accordingly as indicated. No drug to treat numbers, and never treat numbers, TREAT PATIENTS.
