Call 911: Serious chest pain with breathing problems could be a true emergency. Call 911. The emts will be able to check out your blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen levels right away.

Needs evaluation.: Am not sure what basis you have for the 20% description. However, pain with breathing merits an examination by your doctor; it could represent pleurisy or some other significant pulmonary or cardiac problem. You should be examined asap.
