Not aware of any...: Other than reduction of the bony excess surgically, I am not aware of any non-surgical methods.

No: If it is excess bone or cartilage, surgery would be the only option to remove this.

Rhinoplasty : Excess bone deposition can be removed during rhinoplasty. There are no homeopathic ways to reduce this bone, unfortunately.

Trauma: Breaking your nose would probably reduce this deformity, however you may find it is very painful and not recommended.

Natural appearance: To lower a boney hump is always surgical. It is one of my most common requests. It's a pretty straightforward procedure with little pain and down time. You wear a splint for a week or so and when it comes off, in capable hands it will look natural. I prefer video imaging to communicate to you the best esthetic plan. An alternative is to use injectable fillers to disguise the hump.
