Sometimes: There really is a limit on how many operations should be done to one particular body part. I would need much more information about the specifics of this case to tell whether there are any other available options, or whether your ENT was giving you wise advice.

Nose expectations: Why won't your ENT doctor do anymore surgery? And what are you trying to achieve with more surgery? If you really have obvious deformities, other doctors will have no reservations in accepting you (provided they have the skills to achieve what you expect) but you must find a doctor with great experience in noses since yours has been operated on.

Revision : It is always acceptable to get a second opinion so that you can be informed if your options. Revision rhinoplasty is a very complex operation and requires skill and expertise. You need to see a board certified plastic surgeon who performs a lot of revision procedures.
