Yes: just find and experienced surgeon. IT is a common surgery. It will be painful post surgery. for some weeks. Be prepared, but the outcome is usually worth it. I say usually because there can always be an issue, but the statistics are low.

Yes: Your nose is fully developed and so surgery is safe as long as you are otherwise well. Consult a plastic surgeon for a surgery plan.

Relatively: it is a surgery with anesthesia, there are risks. Make sure you have thought well and hard about whether this is important, I always like to suggest at least one councilling appointment first. Always remember that surgery does not always look good after, that alone is a risk and is not only the doctors skill but your healing, infection, attention to instructions etc.

Any Surgery Has Risk: Rhinoplasty is surgery and, as such, it carries risk. Any surgery carries risk. That said, if you are cleared for rhinoplasty and you have a board certified plastic surgeon operating in an accredited surgical center, the risk is minimal. Your plastic surgeon will discuss all of the risks associated during a consult. (Learn more about rhinoplasty https://www.cosmeticsurg.net/procedures/rhinoplasty)
