No: Your nose shape and size is genetically predetermined. Aging does affect the size of the nose, which generally gets fatter and a bit longer.

Yes in a few years: Your nose and ears continue to grow throughout your lifetime. However it may take many years to notice a change. If you have already had surgery then you will need additional surgery to reverse the surgical change. If your nose is naturally small you are the envy of many of your peers.

See below: If you are an adult and your noes is fully developed, there are small things that can be done to change the size of the nose. Fillers are a non-surgical option. Speak to a plastic surgeon about your options.
