Back teeth!: Healthy back teeth are the strongest and best way to chew food. Normally i don't recommend grinding front teeth except under special circumstances, so your case may be unique. If you are having trouble chewing and biting normally, it may be time to talk with your dentist about orthodontics or bite therapy for your tm joints.

Comfort: Your front teeth are designed to cut or incise ( that is why they are called incisors). Your back teeth are for crushing or grinding.
