Change focus: Discover what it is about "weight" that you are preoccupied with and what you are really concerned about. Is it just the number that's important to you? Consider focusing on being healthy in other ways to include a bmi and blood pressure within the normal range, low LDL and high HDL cholesterol. Also think about setting physical fitness goals and working towards that.
