What can i do to stop being underweight i'm 5'7 and weight 118 , i need help so i can get my periods back cause im irregular ?

The formula for: weight gain is to take in more calories than you burn. It is tempting to try and eat junk food which is high in fat and sugar to do this. Far better is to eat healthful foods, just in larger quantities than you normally would. Pick high quality fruits, vegetables, and meats, and high calorie but nutritious foods such as nuts and avocados. Hope this helps!
