But sedation medicine can be administered as an "outpatient" to insure your safety and comfort. You will not be aware of the procedure under those circimstances.

Yes: Yes, but it would need to be a dentist or oral surgeon with hospital priveledges who took your teeth out there. If you just walk in to the er, they will direct you to go see your dentist first. Having teeth out at the hospital requires a thorough workup from the person who will remove the teeth, so the best place to start is still at your dentist's office.
