What is the best sedation option when having 2 teeth extracted?

Not enough info.: Simple tooth extraction or surgical removal? Intact teeth or broken/ fractured teeth? Single rooted teeth or multi-rooted teeth? Erupted (fully visible) teeth or impacted (partially or fully below the gumline) teeth? Talk to your dentist or oral surgeon who will determine the best methods for your exact problem.

Oral, i.v. or inhale: The options are either taking a pill an hour or so before the appointment (halcion (triazolam) is a common choice) or having a sedative delivered chairside via i. V. Or using nitrous oxide/oxygen inhalation (laughing gas). The first 2 methods will require someone other than you take you to the appointment and drive you home. The last option wears off almost immediately and so you can drive.
