Needs to be checked: You have swollen lymph glands in two different areas of your body and it needs to be evalated by your physician usually you can have swollen nodes in armpit due to an infection in arm or from the breast.And same for swollen glands in your groin but you have glands in two places and you need a detailed history and complete physical exam to find out the cause and treat appropriately.
