What could be causing my nose to bleed so much lately? i do have bad sinus allergies, though, so maybe that has something to do with it?

Microtrauma?: If you have been blowing your nose excessively, you could cause injury to the mucus membranes of your nasal passages and this could lead to nosebleeds. You should have this checked by your doc.
