Bad sinus issues i take abundant amounts of allergy meds still nothing seems to help, its located mostly in nose (bone?)can dr trim out part of bone

No: You would not have your nasal bone trimmed to treat sinus problems. Allergy medications mainly treat allergies and not sinus infections. You need to see possibly an ENT doctor to see what is happening with your sinuses.
