Vasomotor rhinitis: This appears to be vasomotor or perennial rhinitis which has no allergic basis. Triggers of the watery nasal discharge include changes in temperature or humidity, certain foods like hot soup,dust or even emotional factors. Astelin nasal spray has been helpful. An Otolaryngologist is best qualified to evaluate and advise you.
