Has the ENT specialist discussed vasomotor rhinitis ( nonallergic rhinitis) with you? If your nasal discharge is basically watery, unaccompanied by watery, itchy eyes, occurs with changes in temperature or on eating, for example, vasomotor rhinitis is likely the problem. While oral antihistamines are not effective, an antihistamine nasal spray, Astelin, can be helpful.
