Sure!: One good option to consider is nasal saline, a mixture of water and salt. This is commonly marketed as nasal saline spray or a rinse. Either way, the goal is to "flush" the nasal passage free of mucous or other irritants that could contribute to your congestion. This is a good first option, and i hope it helps!
