Natural remedy: Yes there are natural treatments. In my experience as a board certified otolaryngologist, these treatments do not work as well as mainstream medical treatments like antihistamines, nasal steroids, allergy shots (immunotherapy). If symptoms are fairly mild, then you may do ok with avoidance and natural remedies.

Encourage you to see: An allergist. Neti pots can decrease symptoms but won't fix allergies. Neti pots can reduce nasal congestion. Mix ¼ tsp salt w 1 cup lukewarm water. More salt can also be used. Place solution in neti pot. Tilt head ; pour solution into 1 nostril. Blow nose lightly ; spit out any liquid that drains into throat. Repeat on other side. This can be done in the evening before bed ; again in am.
