Anticholinergic: Acute running upon exposure to cold air is a very common response. If the symptoms are self limited and not bothersome no treatment is indicated. You can try to lesson response by placing scarf over mouth to warm air while you are exposed. If conservative measures don't work drying agents like ipratropium bromide nasal spray can be used as needed to dry up nasal secretions acutely.

Antihistamines: use Claritin (loratadine) or Allegra. It's non drowsy medications for allergies. Work great.
