Nasal obstruction: Greetings. First your blocked airway could come from polyps, anatomical blockage from your septum or turbinates, allergic swelling or possibly even an abnormal growth inside. Have it checked to confirm its just allergies. Second, long standing nasal obstruction can cause dry mouth, voice changes, nasal/sinus/ear infections and shortness of breath during sleep and physical exertion. Good Luck
