Check with your doc: Nasal steroid is the gold standard for treatment. Your asthma is uncontrolled and you must see a lung doc. You will probably need inhaled steroids or more inhaled steroids. Asthma can be controlled and cured in 2013. Montelukast may be useful. Ask your doc about it.

Nasal saline: Saline nasal spray, nasonex, (mometasone) nasocort, flonase, claritin, allegra, zyrtec, .....Etc.
