Fatty tumor: Lipomas are benign fatty tumors. They are not usually firm and fixed. I would go see a general surgeon and have the mass evaluated with an ultrasound. The only way to know what it is would be to biopsy it or have it removed.

??: It's hard to say without doing an exam. Masters under the skin I'm probably most commonly lipomas or sebaceous cyst. See your doctor for an exam.
