Plan: Eat a healthy diet with high quality calories--6-8 fruit and veggie servings a day, whole grains, lean protein, and foods with calcium such as yogurt etc daily. Plan for three meals daily along with 2 healthy snacks so you don't suddenly feel like you are starving or have no energy. Bring healthy snacks such as nuts, fruit etc with you everywhere so you aren't tempted by poor choices.
