Reminders: Outline some of your short term and long term goals and tape them somewhere prominent. This could be losing weight, eating 5 servings of vegetables a day, decreasing fatigue, exercising just a few minutes every day. Remind you of what it is YOU are trying to achieve. Then go forth and give yourself permission to get back on track. Best of luck. This is a hard path. Find cheerleaders!
