About 6 months ago i had shingles om my right shoulder. for the past 3 days the same shoulder has been cramping and aching, stiff. why might this be?

Something different: The aching shoulder pain could be arthritis, frozen shoulder, or something different than the pain from shingles. Some people develop a continued severe burning pain after shingles called post-herpetic neuralgia but that pain is described differently than your description of stiff, aching and cramping. Have your doctor do a physical exam.
