Here are a few: Your spleen is located in the left upper quadrant of your body and it may be swollen, you may have an issue with your stomach such as gastritis. The bruising over the area concerns me also about a possible pancreas issue, but usually the pain with pancreas issues is quite severe. I would see a doctor for an exam.
