I need a orthopedic to answer this question. i had a chondroplasty done about 1 year ago. now my knee cap seems to get stuck in the up position locks ?

Likely irritation: Start straight leg raises and avoid bent to straight exercises, squatting, knee extensions. Nsaid may help also.
