Benefits: I agree with dr. Lawson that eating late at night is not a healthy trend. However, eating dark chocolate which is bitter (at least 75% dark chocolate) provides high concentrations of flavanols (antioxidants). It can help to reduce cholesterol levels & protect from heart & live rdisease. It may reduce feeling stressed & help to control appetite.
