Can call the doctor: Bad stomach pains means something's wrong. It may or may not be related to a brownie (a typical brownie should not cause so much pain just due to lactose intolerance). Pain could be from gallstones in the gall bladder. It could be appendicitis or twisted intestines. One should call her doctor, but if one has no personal doctor who is available, then the thing to do is to go to the emergency room.
