Night sweats: The caffeine and the sugar in a chocolate bar can cause night sweats. If you are nearing menopause, this effect may be much more intense. The obvious advice is not to eat chocolate around bedtime. Night sweats can be a symptom of a serious disease, but in your case, it isn't if you don't have night sweats at other nights.
