Bleeding: Should go to Er to be evaluated for GI bleeding, can be secondary to diverticulitis. Need to have blood tests done ASAP!also may need CatScan and/or coloniscopy done.

Intestinal bleeding: Any bleeding form the rectum is not normal and needs emergent evaluation as you have some internal bleeding coming from somewhere...possibly a bleeding ulcer, gastritis, illeitis, colitis, diverticulitis, and or several other possible serious issues. get eval asap. Best wishes.

Depends: Any bleeding from below must be considered intestinal and sometimes related to the vagina. Hemorrhoids, fissures, menstrual irregularities, urinary tract infections, intestinal masses, infectious diarrhea could be considered. The best advice besides what it could be is to be examined by your doctor and if severe abdominal pain, bleeding exists to go to the emergency room as soon as possible.
