Ortho eval: I'm sure there was something noteworthy when you fell on it, and it depends on how you fell on it, what you might've done to it. A thorough exam should be able to point to exactly where the problem may lie, and what evaluation needs to be done to find out if there is a subtle fracture or a slightly torn ligament. Significant pain after two weeks should not be ignored.
