Arm pain: Sounds like you need an x-ray of the arm. This can be done in an emergency room or urgent care. A fracture should be ruled out.

Arm pain after fall: Since you fell and are still having pain, it's important to go to your doctor or an urgent care or ER for further evaluation including an x-ray of the arm. Feel better soon!
