I ve chronic swelling of middle & inferior turbinate, ve many symptoms, does use of inhalors that r given 4 asthma also reduce turbinate swelling too?

Unlikely: Unless the medications for asthma are of the nebulized form, it is highly unlikely that the asthma medications are affecting the turbinates. There is always a little deposition since the nasal and oral airways are connected, but back wash is minimal.
