I suffer with turbinate swelling and chronic nose, and throat issues, could this be caused as a secondary consequence of bronchiectasis? or asthma?

No: But a high % of patients with asthma also have allergic rhinitis. Bronchiectasis is however another issue unrelated to asthma. Consult an allergist if you have so much problem.
