Doubt it. : The irregular rhythm can mean atrial fibrillation, a condition that can be intermittent enough that a routine cardiac work up might miss it. A blood pressure that high should be evaluated right away, even intermittently . I would suggest seeing your doctor as soon as convenient. A "male hot flash" would not explain this.

Agree , there are multiple endocrine, neurological and vascular conditions that. can affect blood pressure and heart rate
