Does a gallbladder sludge affect my pancreas? my pcp said the sludge is large.

It might: The gallbladder and the pancreas share a the common bile duct for drainage into the duodenum (the section of small intestine right downstream from the stomach). If sludge from the gallbladder gets into the common bile duct and causes an obstruction, it might prevent pancreatic digestive juices from flowing into the duodenum. Such a scenario could lead to an inflammed pancreas (a.K.A. Pancreatitis).
