How do i know the difference between gallbladder pain and pancreas pain?

Gallstones may cause: ...both organs to inflame, but gallbladder pain is slowly crescendo, centered in RUQ, with radiation to right shoulder blade and around the right side to back WHEREAS pancreas pain is more mid-center of the abdomen, constant, and projects pain straight thru to the back. Of course, there's exceptions to every case. Lab tests are very helpful in pointing to which of these two structures is/are sick.
