May not be related: What was the cause of your pancreatitis? Gallbladder sludge can be seen in anyone that has been ill & not eating. Sludge may just be a side effect of the pain and illness of the pancreatitis. The liver cyst is also unrelated and just an insignificant finding on radiology study. Medical care for the pancreatitis and repeat gallbladder ultrasound in a few months.

Pancreatitis may be: Pancreatitis may be secondary to gallbladder sludge. Consider cholecystectomy to prevent future pancreatitis which can be very serious. The liver cyst is unlikely to be related.
