Cyanosis: The chest pain and possible cyanosis merit a visit to your doctor and possibly to a cardiologist as well. A careful history, physical exam, chest x-rays and ECG are needed. The blue nails might be due to cyanosis (a low oxygen level) which can be assessed with a simple oximetry test.
