Hyperhidrosis: This is a difficult issue. Extreme cases can be treated with a procedure called a sympathectomy. Less severe cases may respond to serotonin reuptake inhibitors (ssris), but this is using the medicine off-label. You may want to get a few opinions (dermatology to start with ) about treatment.

Hot flashes?: I'm not sure how old you are, but I have two thoughts: 1. "hot flashes" cause these symptoms, and they can start well before menopause even when hormone levels are normal 2. Rosacea, a skin condition, can cause this. Sometimes the medication Clonidine can help facial flushing; ask your doctor if it's something you should try. Various creams can help rosacea. Good luck!
