What causes a headache back and top of the head (sometimes forehead too). the headache gets worse briefly when i get up from bending over or getting up from laying down. bloodwork good. last bp check was fine. what type of headache? suggestions?

Headache: This type of headache is not characteristic of migraine and is not classic muscle contraction tension type but it still is a possibility. Sinus congestion is a possibility but other sinus type symptoms are lacking. Occipital neuralgia and Pseudotumor cerebri also possibilities. A neurologist is best to evaluate you. Appropriate tests will be ordered.
