Headache: This type of headache is not characteristic of migraine and is not classic muscle contraction tension type but it still is a possibility. Sinus congestion is a possibility but other sinus type symptoms are lacking. Occipital neuralgia and Pseudotumor cerebri also possibilities. A neurologist is best to evaluate you. Appropriate tests will be ordered.
