I feel random frequent sharp pain near my armpit and surrounding breast area but there is no lump. i feel a tiny lump on the side of my neck which is quite painless. but when i touch the part of my neck near the jaw, it's painful. please help me?

The armpit discomfort and neck lump and tenderness are most likely not interrelated. You have to start with an examination of your armpit and neck by a physician. You may then be referred to an otolaryngologist depending upon the physician's assessment and findings.
