Can be done if indic: I t can be done if there is indication for tonsilectomy.So it depends on the surgeon.Discuss with the surgeon.Many times there is no indication and need for tonsilectomy and tonsils are not removed.

My child had tonsils removed as well as adenoids its day 13and she is still not eating she had taken fluids very well until day 11 she started vomiting and taken less fluids. We went back to the hospital on day 12 but they said no bad signs.
