If your MD : Gave you a clearance based on clinical, stress test, and diagnostic blood work-up , you must be in love :). Did you also got clearance from gastroesophageal reflux (gerd), hyperacidity, .?

No: Angina is usually associated with exercise. When you rest it goes away. Heart attack chest pain does not goawaybwith rest and is very serious. Constant chest pain could be pericarditis, costochindriis, rib fracture, etc.
