It might be: Pain from angina (reversible ischemia) or a heart attack (irreversible ischemia) can present in different ways in different people. It is usually felt in the midline of the chest or back, but can also be felt in the left jaw, both jaws or the left arm but not typically on the left lateral chest. Pain or pressure in the chest that is brought on by activity should be checked out.
